
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● To assist in slaughtering animals
● To assist in cutting the meat
● To assist in inspecting the meat to ensure that it is safe for consumption
● To assist in packaging the meat
● To assist in processing it into other products such as sausage or lunch meats
● To deliver processed meat to stores
● To assist in selling the meat and its products to customers; and
● To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the immediate Supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Diploma (NTA Level 6) in one of the following fields; Meat Processing, Meat Technology, Meat Processing and Food Safety, Meat Science and Technology or equivalent Qualification from recognised Institu
